al-Mustakfi I.
al-Mustakfi I. ( Arabic المستكفي الأول, DMG al-Mustakfī al-auwal ) ruled from 1302, according to other sources from 1303 to 1340 as the 40th Abbasid caliph in Cairo . He was the successor to al-Hakim I.
He is not to be confused with the 22nd Abbasid caliph al-Mustakfi , who ruled Baghdad between 944 and 946 .
