Alan Christie
Alan Christie ( Alan Thomas Christie; born June 14, 1905 in Hamilton , Ontario , † January 9, 2002 in White Plains , New York ) was a Canadian sprinter who specialized in the 400-meter run .
At the Olympic Games in Paris in 1924 he was fourth in the 4 x 400 meter relay and reached the quarter-finals over 400 m .
He set his personal best over 440 yards of 49.2 s (corresponds to 48.9 s over 400 m) on September 20, 1924 in Toronto .
