Albert Alexandrowitsch Vishnyakov ( Russian Альберт Александрович Вишняков ; born December 30, 1983 in Almetjewsk , Russian SFSR ) is a Russian ice hockey player who has been under contract with Beibarys Atyrau since 2015 .

Career

Albert Vishnyakov began his career as a hockey player with Neftjanik Almetyevsk , for which he was active in the 2000/01 season in the Vysschaya League . Then the attacker switched to Torpedo Nizhny Novgorod , for which he only played six games in the Russian Super League before moving to their league rivals Ak Bars Kazan . For Kazan he was in the following two seasons on the ice before he was committed by Neftechimik Nizhnekamsk , where he ended the 2003/04 season. In addition, he was selected in the NHL Entry Draft 2003 in the ninth round as a total of 273rd player by the Tampa Bay Lightning , for which he however never played.

Before the 2004/05 season, Vishnyakov signed a contract with HK Dynamo Moscow , with which he became Russian champion for the first time in his career in 2005 and with which he won the IIHF European Champions Cup in 2006 after a 5-4 final victory over the Finnish champions Kärpät Oulu . After a brief stint at HK Spartak Moscow at the beginning of the 2007/08 season, the right-shooter will play for Metallurg Novokuznetsk until 2010 .

He spent the 2010/11 season at Neftechimik Nizhnekamsk in the KHL and Molot-Prikamje Perm in the Vysschaya Hockey League . The following season he returned to his home club Neftjanik Almetjewsk within the second Russian division.
