Albert Jung (District Administrator, 1811)
Lorenz Albert Jung (born April 19, 1811 in Barmen ; died September 23, 1868 in Düsseldorf ) was a German politician, landowner in Barmen and, in 1848, district administrator of the Elberfeld district .
Life
Albert Jung was the son of the Protestant Johann Christian Jung and his wife Carolina Johanna Jung, née Middendorf. The county council of the Elberfeld district elected him on October 20, 1843, succeeding JA von den Steinen as 1st district deputy . In this function he was entrusted with the administration of the district from May 1 to August 1848.

His eldest son Johann Carl August Jung (1842–1911) was President of the Elberfeld Chamber of Commerce .
