Albin Berger
Albin Bucher (born July 3, 1955 in Friedrichshafen , Germany ), better known under the stage name Albin Berger , is a German pop singer, composer , musician and producer .
Life
Bucher studied trumpet, piano, guitar and keyboard at the Bregenz Conservatory .
From 1980 to 1984 he was lead singer and guitarist at Flippers as the successor to Roland Bausert . After Berger separated from the Flippers at the end of 1984, he was temporarily replaced in 1985 by his predecessor Roland Bausert. Later he was successful solo as Albin Berger . He released several albums and singles on Koch Records and later his last two albums Until the Last Second (1995) and True Love (1997) under his own label Manoa Records . From 1987 to 1989 he was on tour with Roland Bausert as Albin Berger and Roland B. Band . He wrote many of his songs under the pseudonym Chris Manoa . Some songs were written by Jean Frankfurter .
TV appearances
He had a few appearances at the German Schlager Parade and was multiple monthly winner.
In the television series A lock am Wörthersee he had subsequently rarely a bald guy comes alone an appearance with the song happiness and tears am Wörthersee , which was also played several times in the credits of the series.
