Alen Ploj (born June 30, 1992 in Lenart ) is a Slovenian football player .

Career

society

Ploj moved from NK Jarenina to NK Maribor in 2007 . He made his debut in the Slovenska Nogometna Liga for the first team of NK Maribor on March 16, 2011 against NK Nafta Lendava . Alen Ploj was Slovenian champions at the end of the 2010/11 season with Maribor and scored his first goal in the Nogometna Liga in his second first division game on the last day of this season against runner-up NK Domžale . He was then awarded to NK Aluminij for the 2011/12 season. With Aluminij Ploj reached as a champion of the Druga Slovenska Nogometna League promotion to the highest Slovenian league.

National team

In May 2010 Ploj played for the Slovenian U-19 national team against the United Arab Emirates. In qualifying for the U-19 European Championship in 2011 , Alen Ploj completed his first three competitive appearances for the U-19 selection of Slovenia. He played on November 22, 2011 for the Slovenian U-20 national team against Serbia. After another U-20 international match against Croatia in March 2012, Ploj was successful on April 19, 2012 against Hungary for the U-20 national team of Slovenia in front of goal.
