The Musterstein is a 2478 m high peak in the eastern part of the Wetterstein Mountains . There is a summit cross on the summit .
The ascent of the Musterstein takes place from the Meilerhütte via Angerlloch and Hirschbichlsattel (I, partially pathless) or via the West Ridge (2-hour climbing tour with difficulty levels II to III).
