Alex Timossi Andersson (born January 19, 2001 ) is a Swedish football player .
Career
In the club
Beginnings
Andersson started playing football at Stattena IF, a club in the Helsingborg district of the same name . In 2013 he moved to the youth department of Helsingborgs IF and worked there for three years. In 2016 he moved up to the second team and came as a 15-year-old in Division 2 , the fourth highest division in Swedish football, in the Västra Götaland relay in a 2-2 draw in the away game against Höganäs BK with a substitution in the 70th minute Commitment.
In the 2017 season he moved up to the first team and played his first second division game on April 17 (3rd matchday) in a 1-1 draw in the home game against Gefle IF , substituting for Martin Christensen in the 85th minute. He made his competitive debut for the first team on February 18, 2017 in the third round match for the Svenska Cupen , the Swedish club cup, in the 3-0 defeat at IF Brommapojkarna . He scored his first goal in the senior division on August 20 with the winning goal to make it 1-0 in the 82nd minute in the home game against GAIS Göteborg .
FC Bayern Munich
In October 2017, FC Bayern Munich announced the signing of Andersson for its professional squad from the 2019/20 season. At the end of June 2018, the clubs agreed on a transfer for the 2018/19 season , in which Andersson is in the A-youth squad (U19). He made 22 appearances (4 goals) in the A-Junioren-Bundesliga , 2 appearances in the DFB-Junior-Vereinspokal and 5 appearances (one goal) in the UEFA Youth League . Contrary to the announcement in October 2017, Andersson remained in the U19 squad in the 2019/20 season .
In the national team
Andersson crowned his international debut on August 23, 2016 in the U17 national team's friendly against Finland in Pori with his first goal, the 1-1 goal in the 68th minute.
