Alexander Dürr (born February 4, 1971 in Marktoberdorf ) is a former German soccer player and coach .
Career
Dürr, who comes from Marktoberdorf in the Ostallgäu district , first started playing football at the local TSV Marktoberdorf and switched to the A youth team of SpVgg Kaufbeuren at the age of 17 . Out of adolescence, he was committed to Bayern Munich at the age of 18 , for whose second team he played in the third-class amateur league Bayern in the 1989/90 season.
Returning to Kaufbeuren, he played again for one season for SpVgg Kaufbeuren before he moved to TSV Marktoberdorf and completed three seasons there.
For the 1994/95 season he switched to the Stuttgarter Kickers , for whom he was active in the third-class Regionalliga Süd and contributed to the club's championship at the end of the 1995/96 season and thus also in the 2nd Bundesliga rise. However, he moved to third division SpVgg Greuther Fürth , with whom he also achieved promotion to the 2nd Bundesliga as runner-up in the 1996/97 season . In this he made his debut on August 10, 1997 (3rd matchday) in a 1-0 win at home against FSV Zwickau . In 30 league games he scored five goals, his first on August 31, 1997 (5th matchday) in a 2-2 home game against Fortuna Dusseldorf .
In the following seasons up to 2003 he was active for several regional and top division clubs - each for one season. From 2003 to 2006 he played more than one season for a club for the first time. For TSV Aindling from the market of the same name in the Aichach-Friedberg district , he played in the fourth-class Bayernliga . This was followed by five seasons for TSV Dasing , two of them and promotion-related in the Kreisliga Ost, as a player-coach . From 2012 to 2014 he played - also as a player-coach - for SSV Alsmoos-Petersdorf , most recently and after being promoted twice, in the Kreisliga Ost. The second half of the 2014/15 season he was the player-coach of SV Gablingen .
