Alexander Haritonenko

Alexander Haritonenko (born November 10, 1983 in Dresden ) is a former German American football player .

career

Haritonenko played in the youth of the Dresden Monarchs , from 2002 to 2006 he was in the men's team of the Saxons and competed with them in the GFL . In 2005 he made the leap into the preliminary season line-up of the Hamburg Sea Devils , but was not in the final squad. The 1.86 meter tall man from Dresden , used in the offensive line , left his hometown and joined the Berlin Adlers in the run-up to the 2007 season . In the 2008 season he first played alongside his brother Nic for the Hohenems Blue Devils in Austria , then again for the Adler. In 2009 Haritonenko won the German championship title with the capital city team.

In 2010 he was only part of the Berlin Rebels squad , then he moved to the Calanda Broncos in Switzerland . With the team from Graubünden , he became champions in 2011, 2012 and 2013 and also won the Eurobowl in 2012 . He paused in 2014 and 2015 before returning to the Berlin Rebels.

National team

In 2007 Haritonenko finished third in the World Cup with the German national team in Japan .
