Alfio Contini

Alfio Contini (born September 12, 1927 in Castiglioncello ; † March 23, 2020 ) was an Italian cameraman .

Life

Contini studied architecture and then came to film as a camera assistant. The films he helped to create include several Bud Spencer films as well as dramas, spaghetti westerns and sex films. Out of all his oeuvre, Zabriskie Point , directed by Michelangelo Antonioni, and Die Troerinnen by Michael Cacoyannis stand out.
