Alfons Adelberger

Alfons Adelberger (born April 30, 1925 in Obernburg am Main ; † June 4, 2000 ) was a German teacher and politician ( CSU ).

Training and teaching

Adelberger attended elementary school and grammar school and after completing his military service worked as an elementary school teacher in Obernburg , Würzburg and Karlstadt .

From 1950 on he was in charge of the home school of the home for difficult-to-educate children in Karlstadt, and in 1954 he switched to the state secondary school in Ochsenfurt . As early as 1956 he moved to Alzenau , where he worked for the local secondary school. At the same time he taught at the agricultural vocational school in Karlstadt, the vocational school, the vocational training school and at the grammar school in Alzenau.

In August 1966 he was appointed director of the Marktheidenfeld state secondary school . In 1970 he took over the management of the state secondary school in Alzenau, which he held until his retirement in 1988.

Political activity

Adelberger rose to the district assembly and the district board of the CSU Alzenau, which he joined in 1948 by joining the Junge Union . Later he was secondary school principal in Karlstadt and Aschaffenburg .

In 1966 he moved into the Bavarian state parliament , in which he represented the constituency of Alzenau , Gemünden am Main , Lohr am Main as a directly elected member for an electoral period until 1970 .
