Alfonso Gerardo Miranda Guardiola (born July 6, 1966 in Monterrey , Mexico ) is auxiliary bishop in Monterrey .
Life
Alfonso Gerardo Miranda Guardiola was ordained a deacon on August 14, 1997 . He received on 15 August 1998, the sacrament of Holy Orders .
On 22 March 2014 it appointed Pope Francis to the titular bishop of Idicra and ordered him auxiliary bishop in Monterrey. The Archbishop of Monterrey, Rogelio Cabrera López , donated him and Juan Armando Pérez Talamantes the episcopal ordination on June 13 of the same year ; Co- consecrators were the Archbishop of Guadalajara , Francisco Cardinal Robles Ortega , and the Apostolic Nuncio in Mexico, Archbishop Christophe Pierre .
Alfonso Miranda Guardiola has been the General Secretary of the Mexican Bishops' Conference since 2018.
