Alfred Jakoubek
Alfred Jakoubek (born August 11, 1950 in Darmstadt ) is a German local politician . From October 1, 1997 to September 30, 2009 he was District Administrator of the Darmstadt-Dieburg district in Hesse .
biography
Jakoubek received a degree in administrative management (FH) . From 1972 to 1982 he was community representative in Roßdorf and chairman of the main and finance committee, deputy parliamentary group chairman and parliamentary group chairman. Between 1985 and September 30, 1997 he was chairman of the association assembly of the regional local transport association Darmstadt-Dieburg and from 1987 to 1997 he was chairman of the district assembly of the mayors of the Hessian association of cities and municipalities in the district of Darmstadt-Dieburg.
Jakoubek was chairman of the finance committee of the Hessian Association of Towns and Municipalities until September 30, 1993, and before that he was deputy chairman for two years. From 1989 to September 30, 1997 he was a member of the Darmstadt-Dieburg district assembly and from 1993 to September 30, 1997, he was deputy chairman of the SPD district assembly. From 1989 to 1997 he was chairman of the association assembly of the special purpose association for waste recycling in South Hesse (ZAS).
Between 1983 and 1997 Jakoubek was the full-time mayor of the community of Roßdorf and from October 1, 1997 to September 30, 2009 District Administrator of the Darmstadt-Dieburg district.
Jakoubek is President of the Hessian District Assembly, Chairman of the Executive Board of the Waste Utilization Association South Hesse and the Darmstadt-Dieburger Local Transport Organization (DADINA). In addition, he sits on the supervisory boards of Rhein-Main-Verkehrsverbund GmbH (RMV), the Gesellschaft für Integrated Verkehrsmanagement mbH and HEAG-Verkehrs GmbH, of which he has been deputy chairman since 2003.
By virtue of his office as district administrator, he is also chairman of the Sparkassenzweckverband Dieburg, the administrative board of the Zweckverbandssparkasse Dieburg, the administrative board of the Sparkasse Darmstadt, deputy chairman of the animal body disposal association, the supervisory board of HEAG Südhessische Energie AG and the board of directors of the community insurance association.
Furthermore, he is among other things chairman of the associations "Location Marketing Darmstadt-Dieburg" e. V. and "European Partnership Association" (i. Gr.).
Alfred Jakoubek is married and has two children.
