Alfred Kipke

Alfred Kipke (born July 28, 1898 in Karschau ; † August 11, 1953 in Lüneburg ) was a German administrative lawyer and district administrator .

Life

After attending grammar school, Kipke took part in the First World War as a soldier from 1917 to 1918 . In 1919 he began to study law at the University of Wroclaw , which he completed in July 1922 with the First State Examination. He then completed his legal clerkship in Wroclaw . It was in 1926 with the theme of the importance of the concept of authenticity of the document in criminal law for a doctor of law doctorate , placed in December 1926, the second state examination and joined afterwards in Berlin as a government assessor in the Prussian administrative service one. From 1931 to 1932 he worked as a government assessor at the district offices in Halle and Neisse .

Kipke joined the NSDAP on May 1, 1933 . He was previously a member of the German People's Party (DVP). From 1933 he worked for the government in Frankfurt (Oder) , was promoted to government councilor in 1934 and appointed district administrator in the Wolmirstedt district in 1936 . From October to November 1939 he worked as land commissioner and district administrator in the district of Thorn . From June 1940 to September 1941 he was head of the internal administration in the Lublin District , Generalgouvernement . From October to December 1941 he worked as a consultant in the internal administration department. From January 1942 Kipke worked as a district chief in the Tarnow district, Krakow district . Until 1945 he officially headed the district office in Wolmirstedt, which was taken over by Herbert Wagner in 1943.

On October 27, 1948, he was classified in category 5 (exonerated) in a panel proceedings . He then worked as an administrative judge in Lüneburg.
