Alfred Kramer (* 1904 ; † 1996 ), nicknamed "Ali", was a German soccer player .

Career

In March 1930 goalkeeper Kramer moved from Arminia Bielefeld to Holstein Kiel , as he studied in the city on the fjord . After three previous final round matches in 1930, he and his team reached the final of the German championship scheduled for June 22, 1930 in the Düsseldorf Rheinstadion . In front of 40,000 spectators, it was lost 4: 5 against Hertha BSC .

From the then Reich coach Otto Nerz he was appointed to the squad of the senior national team for the international match against the national team of Denmark on September 7, 1930 in Copenhagen, but not used.

In 1933 he returned to Arminia Bielefeld and in 1935 again to Holstein Kiel. For the "Storks" he was only used on September 22, 1935 in the 2nd round in the newly created club competition for the Tschammer Cup ; the game at Hannover 96 was lost 3: 4.

On April 16, 1944, he played his tenth and last final round game of the German Championship for Holstein Kiel, when he replaced the goalkeeper Rudolf Drews, who had lost due to injury, in the 3-2 win after extra time against SV Dessau 05 in the first round match . After the end of the Second World War he was active as a hockey goalkeeper for Arminia Bielefeld .
