Alfred von Rosenberg-Lipinsky

Alfred von Rosenberg-Lipinsky (born June 27, 1824 in Gutwohne , Oels district , province of Silesia , † October 2, 1901 in Breslau ) was a German judge and parliamentarian.

Life

Alfred von Rosenberg-Lipinsky was the son of the landscape director Albert von Rosenberg-Lipinsky and Charlotte born. Countess van Haslingen. After graduating from high school in Oels , he studied law at the Rheinische Friedrich-Wilhelms-Universität zu Bonn , Friedrich-Wilhelms-Universität zu Berlin and Schlesische Friedrich-Wilhelms-Universität zu Breslau . In 1843 he became a member of the Corps Borussia Bonn . After completing his studies, he started a career as a judge and became a district judge in Oels . Most recently he lived as a district judge a. D. in Wroclaw. He was married to Thusnelda von Hildebrandt. The couple had two daughters and two sons.

From 1855 to 1863 Rosenberg-Lipinsky sat in the Prussian House of Representatives , from 1855 to 1861 as a member of the constituency of Breslau 6 and from 1862 to 1863 as a member of the constituency of Wroclaw. During the first two terms of his parliamentary membership he was non-attached. In the third he belonged to the parliamentary group of the right and parliamentary group Grabow, in the fourth to the constitutional group.

The Prussian administrative officer and parliamentarian Oskar von Rosenberg-Lipinsky was his brother.
