Oskar von Rosenberg-Lipinsky

Oskar von Rosenberg-Lipinsky (born April 2, 1823 in Raake (since 1945 Raków ), Oels district , † December 8, 1883 in Oels ) was a German administrative officer and parliamentarian.

Life

Oskar von Rosenberg-Lipinsky was the son of landscape director Albert von Rosenberg-Lipinsky and Charlotte born. Countess van Haslingen. After graduating from the Oelser high school he studied at the Rheinische Friedrich-Wilhelms University in Bonn , Friedrich-Wilhelms University in Berlin and the Silesian Friedrich Wilhelms University in Breslau law . In 1842 he became a member of the Corps Borussia Bonn . After graduating, he entered the Prussian civil service.

From 1869 to 1884 Rosenberg-Lipinsky was district administrator of the district of Oels. From 1855 to 1858 he was a member of the constituency of Breslau 7 in the Prussian House of Representatives . He belonged to the von Arnim faction. He was married to Charlotte von Poser and Groß Nädlitz .

The Prussian judge and parliamentarian Alfred von Rosenberg-Lipinsky was his brother.
