Alfredo Enrique Torres Rondón (born March 4, 1950 in Maracaibo , Venezuela ) is a Venezuelan clergyman and Roman Catholic bishop of San Fernando de Apure .

Life

Alfredo Enrique Torres Rondón received on 25 July 1976, the sacrament of Holy Orders .

On 15 July 2013 it appointed Pope Francis to the titular bishop of Sassura and auxiliary bishop in Mérida . The Archbishop of Mérida, Baltazar Porras , donated him episcopal ordination on September 13 of the same year ; Co- consecrators were Pedro Nicolás Bermúdez Villamizar , Auxiliary Bishop in Caracas , and José Luis Azuaje Ayala , Bishop of Barinas .

Pope Francis appointed him Bishop of San Fernando de Apure on July 15, 2016 . The inauguration took place on October 8th of the same year.
