Ali Sabieh ( Arabic على صبيح) is a region in southeastern Djibouti . The capital of the region is the city of the same name Ali Sabieh . Another city is Holhol .
The region borders Arta in the north, Somalia ( Somaliland ) in the east, Ethiopia in the south and the Dikhil region in the west .
