The All People's Party ( APP ; in German about Allgemeine Volkspartei ) is a political party in Namibia .

The majority of the members defected from SWAPO and the Congress Democrats to the APP when the party was founded in 2008 . Among them the party president Ignatius Shixwameni , a former deputy minister in the SWAPO government and his deputy Stephanus Swartbooi .

The highest party body is the Central Coordinating Committee , which consists of 30 members and is appointed by a national party congress.

The party colors are black and red. The red represents a shared determination and courage to ensure that the Namibian people and country ensure the goal of equality, justice, prosperity and national unity in our time. The black represents the country's valuable resources.
