The Allard M is a sports cabriolet produced by the British Allard Motor Company Ltd. manufactured from 1947 to 1950. It is considered to be the first civilized sports car that the company launched.

The M is a two-door, four-seat convertible, a body version that is offered in Great Britain as the "Drophead Coupé". The car was powered by a side-controlled V8 engine from the Ford Pilot with a displacement of 3622 cm³ (bore × stroke = 77.79 mm × 95.25 mm). The 6.1: 1 compressed unit was equipped with a Ford carburetor and made 85 bhp (62.5 kW) at 3500 rpm. Later copies of the Model M also received the gearbox of the Ford Pilot with steering wheel shift .

About 500 copies were made in three years.
