Musical career

Alois & Bernhardin

Alois Lüönd, who lives in Ingenbohl, has been playing with the Schwyzerörgeli since he was 16 .

Schmidig - stump
Lüönd - Nauer

Around 1968 he was allowed to learn some pieces from Bernhardin Schmidig called z'Lunnis Bäredi (brother of Franz Schmidig ).

In the 1970s and 1980s played with Martin Nauer, known as the Örgelidoktor. From Martin Nauer, the father of the musician of the same name , he was also able to learn the old dances from Josef Stump , which Martin Nauer received from Balz Schmidig , who still played with Josef Stump himself. Around 1966, his brother Paul Lüönd also learned the Örgeli. He played with Rees Gwerder in the 70s . Thus around 1970 the Schwyzerörgeliduo Lüönd came into being, which played at club events and small festivals.

In 1976 the youngest brother Daniel Lüönd learned the bass. Thus the Schwyzerörgelitrio Mosibuebä was founded. In the 1990s the Mosibuebä became the Schwyzerörgeliquartett with Daniel Gwerder and Philipp Schuler. All dances by Josef Stump and Balz Schmidig, as well as their own, are only passed on from musician to musician. Notes almost didn't exist and the musicians couldn't read them. There are now several music files from Mosibuebä and Paul Lüönd. On March 19, 2014, the Mosibuebä were dissolved due to the illness of Paul Lüönd, who died on April 3, 2014. In autumn 2014, Mosi Wysel launched Mosi-Musig and thus made it possible to continue to exist with his music colleagues.

Private

Alois Lüönd grew up with three brothers at Mosi in Ingenbohl in the canton of Schwyz . He trained as an electrician and now works for the canton. He is married and has four kids.
