Aluda Managadze

Aluda Managadze ( Georgian ალუდა მანაგაძე ; * March 8, 1986 ) is a Georgian weightlifter of Azerbaijani origin.

He started at the beginning of his career for Azerbaijan and reached the U23 European Championships 2009 in Władysławowo fifth place in the class up to 94 kg. Among the active players at the 2012 European Championships in Antalya in the class up to 105 kg, he was seventh in the duel and pushing and fifth in the snatch. In 2013 he took part in the Universiade in Kazan , where he took fourth place. Only then did it become known that he had tested positive for oxandrolone , dehydrochloromethyltestosterone and stanozolol during a training control the previous month . He was subsequently disqualified and banned by the world association IMF for two years. Managadze then moved to Georgia and became Georgian vice-champion in 2015.
