The house Am Schiffbleek 1 is a listed building in the city of Quedlinburg in Saxony-Anhalt .
Architecture and history
The villa was built in 1897/1898 by the government master builder Max Bel for the parish of the Sankt Servatii Church as a rectory . It is registered in the Quedlinburg monument register. In terms of style, the architecture of the house, with a round arch frieze , column with cube capital and coupled windows, is based on the transition style from late Romanesque to early Gothic . The villa itself is complex and inherently asymmetrical.
