The Brieselang office , based in the municipality of Brieselang, was an office that existed from 1992 to 2003, initially in the Nauen district , and from 1993 in the Havelland district ( Brandenburg ), in which three municipalities were merged into an administrative association. As part of the municipal reform in Brandenburg in 2003, the municipalities belonging to the office were incorporated into the municipality of Brieselang and the office was dissolved in 2003.

The Brieselang office bordered in the north on the city of Nauen , the municipality of Falkensee and the Schönwalde-Glien office , in the east on the city of Falkensee , in the south on the Wustermark office and in the west on the Nauen-Land office and the city of Nauen.

history

On August 26, 1992, the Minister of the Interior of Brandenburg gave his consent to the formation of the Brieselang office. August 30, 1992 was determined as the date for the establishment of the office. The approval was limited to August 30, 1994. The seat of the office was in the municipality of Brieselang. At the time the office was established, the following municipalities were assigned to what was then the Nauen district:

  1. Brieselang
  2. Bredow
  3. Zeestow

The time limit was lifted from July 28, 1994. With the Brandenburg municipal reform in 2003 , the municipalities of Bredow and Zeestow were incorporated into the municipality of Brieselang on October 26, 2003. The office of Brieselang was dissolved and the municipality of Brieselang became vacant.
