Office Krien
The eleven municipalities Iven , Krien , Krusenfelde , Liepen , Medow , Neetzow , Nerdin , Neuendorf B , Postlow , Steinmocker and Stolpe had been united in the Amt Krien ( district of Ostvorpommern in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania ) to handle their administrative business. The seat of the official administration was in the municipality of Krien. The Steinmocker community was incorporated into Neetzow on June 13, 1999, and Nerdin on June 13, 2004 to Medow. On January 1, 2005 the office of Krien was dissolved, the remaining nine municipalities of which together with the municipalities of the offices of Ducherow and Spantekow, which were also dissolved, form the new office of Anklam-Land .
