Arnsberg District Court
The Arnsberg District Court is a court of ordinary jurisdiction and the largest of the ten district courts in the district of the Arnsberg District Court .
Seat and District of the Court
The court has its seat in Arnsberg , North Rhine-Westphalia . The 386 km² judicial district covers the area of the cities of Arnsberg and Sundern (Sauerland) with around 106,000 inhabitants.
As the central register court, the Arnsberg District Court maintains the commercial , cooperative and association registers for the Arnsberg regional court district.
In addition, the responsibility for insolvency proceedings for the entire regional court district is concentrated at the Arnsberg AG.
In addition, the Arnsberg District Court is responsible for agricultural matters in the Arnsberg and Meschede District Court districts.

The court is in Eichholzstr. 4 housed. The building dates from 1833 and was originally used as a prison for the Arnsberg Regional Court as an "Inquistorialgebäude".

The Arnsberg Regional Court is superordinate to the Arnsberg District Court. The competent higher regional court is the higher regional court Hamm .
