Bad Doberan District Court

The Bad Doberan district court was a court of ordinary jurisdiction , most recently in the state of Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania , in the district of the Rostock regional court . It was repealed on May 11, 2015 as a result of the judicial reform.

    The judicial district was incorporated into that of the Rostock district court when it was repealed . The Minister of Justice Uta-Maria Kuder assessed the work of the Bad Doberan District Court on this occasion with the words that the court "due to its size can no longer guarantee high-quality jurisdiction in the long term" .

    The last former courthouse is located at connecting street 4 in the so-called City Center in Bad Doberan.

    The district court of Rostock was superordinate to the Bad Doberan district court . The competent higher regional court was the higher regional court in Rostock .
