District Court of Braunschweig

The reconstructed former Brunswick Landscape House now houses the district court.

The Braunschweig District Court is one of nine district courts in the Braunschweig district court and part of the ordinary jurisdiction . It is based at An der Martinikirche 8, 38100 Braunschweig . The district court is responsible for the city of Braunschweig and the communities of Vechelde and Wendeburg from the Peine district. It has 252 employees, including 34 judges. The Regional Court of Braunschweig , the Higher Regional Court of Braunschweig and, as the last instance, the Federal Court of Justice in Karlsruhe are superior to the court .

The lien register of all aircraft registered with the Federal Aviation Office (LBA) for the Federal Republic is kept at the Braunschweig District Court .
