The Nauen District Court is a court of ordinary jurisdiction . It is one of six local courts (AG) in the district of the Potsdam Regional Court .

Seat and District of the Court

The court has its seat in the city of Nauen in the Havelland district . The approximately 662 km² judicial district extends to the area of ​​the municipalities Brieselang , Dallgow-Döberitz , Falkensee , Ketzin / Havel , Nauen, Schönwalde-Glien and Wustermark . More than 100,000 people live in it.

Since January 1, 2013 the AG Nauen has been the central enforcement court for the state of Brandenburg .
