Luckenwalde District Court
The Luckenwalde District Court , a court of ordinary jurisdiction , is one of six District Courts (AG) in the district of the Potsdam Regional Court .
Seat and District of the Court
The seat of the court is Luckenwalde , the district town of the Teltow-Fläming district . The 1334 km² judicial district includes the cities of Luckenwalde, Dahme / Mark , Jüterbog and Trebbin as well as the communities of Dahmetal , Ihlow , Niederer Fläming , Niedergörsdorf and Nuthe-Urstromtal . Around 64,000 people live in it.
The AG Luckenwalde also carries out foreclosure and administration proceedings for the district of the district court of Zossen . The registry court is the Potsdam District Court , which is also responsible for insolvency proceedings . Dunning proceedings are handled by the Wedding District Court as the central dunning court .

The court is located in the building Lindenallee 16 . The plastered building erected in 1913 with forms of the Baroque and building around 1800 is a listed building . A branch has been set up at Markt 25 street .

The Potsdam Regional Court is superordinate to the Luckenwalde District Court. The competent higher regional court is the Brandenburg Higher Regional Court in Brandenburg an der Havel .
