Neuenhaus District Court
The Neuenhaus District Court was a court of ordinary jurisdiction in Neuenhaus .
After the revolution of 1848 was the Kingdom of Hanover , the jurisdiction of the administration separated and the patrimonial abolished. The district court was then founded with the ordinance of August 7, 1852 regarding the formation of the district courts and lower administrative authorities as a royal Hanover district court. It included the Neuenhaus office . The district court was subordinate to the higher court of Meppen . With the annexation of Hanover by Prussia , it became a Prussian district court in the province of Hanover .
In 1973, as part of the upcoming Lower Saxony district reform, there were also accompanying changes in the judiciary; With the Second Law to Repeal Small Local Courts of March 7, 1973, the local courts in Neuenhaus and Bad Bentheim were dissolved. The Nordhorn district court was now the only district court in the district.
