Sigmaringen District Court
The District Court of Sigmaringen is a court of ordinary jurisdiction and one of four district courts (AG) in the district of the District Court of Hechingen .

The seat of the court is Sigmaringen in the district of Sigmaringen . The judicial district extends to the cities and communities of Beuron , Bingen , Gammertingen , Herdwangen-Schönach , Hettingen , Illmensee , Inzigkofen , Krauchenwies , Leibertingen , Meßkirch , Neufra , Pfullendorf , Sauldorf , Schwenningen , Sigmaringen, Sigmaringendorf , Stetten am kalten Markt , Veringenstadt , Forest . About 83,000 people live in it.

The court is located in the building at Karlstrasse 17 in Sigmaringen. This building is the former Hohenzollern Forest and Rent Office , built in the classical style and completed in 1848 . From 1995 to 1997 the building was renovated for 6.9 million DM and a modern glass building was added.

The District Court of Sigmaringen is headed by the director of the District Court, Christoph Freudenreich. The District Court of Hechingen is directly superordinate to the Sigmaringen District Court . The competent higher regional court is the higher regional court in Stuttgart .
