District court Balingen

The District Court of Balingen is a court of ordinary jurisdiction and one of four district courts (AG) in the district of the District Court of Hechingen .

Seat and District of the Court

The seat of the court is Balingen . The judicial district extends to the cities and communities Balingen, Dautmergen , Dormettingen , Dotternhausen , Geislingen , Haigerloch , Hausen am Tann , Ratshausen , Rosenfeld , Schömberg , Weilen unter den Ginnen and rooms under the castle . Around 64,000 people live in it. The District Court of Balingen, like every district court, has jurisdiction in the first instance for civil and criminal matters, as well as for all enforcement matters if the debtor is domiciled in the judicial district as well as for family and insolvency proceedings.
