The Wiesloch District Court is a court of ordinary jurisdiction and one of three District Courts (AG) in the district of the Heidelberg Regional Court .

Seat and District of the Court

The seat of the court is Wiesloch in the Rhein-Neckar district . The judicial district extends to the cities and communities of Dielheim , Rauenberg , Malsch , Mühlhausen , St. Leon-Rot , Walldorf and Wiesloch. About 75,000 people live in it.

Proceedings in insolvency , foreclosure and foreclosure matters from the district of the AG Wiesloch are processed centrally at the Heidelberg District Court . The commercial and association registers are kept at the Mannheim District Court as the register court . Dunning proceedings are processed at the Stuttgart District Court as the central dunning court for the whole of Baden-Württemberg.
