Ami Dolenz
Ami Bluebell Dolenz (born January 8, 1969 in Burbank , California ) is an American film and television actress .
life and work
Ami was born as the daughter of Micky Dolenz , the singer and drummer of the American pop band The Monkees and the British television presenter Samantha Juste .
After winning a talent competition, she made the decision to become an actress at the age of 15. She left high school and subsequently worked in various television productions. In 1987 she became known to a wider audience in the role of Melissa McKee in the soap opera General Hospital . She was nominated twice for a Young Artist Award for her performance, but she did not win it.
She has been married to actor and stuntman Jerry Trimble since 2002 .
