Andi Naude (born January 10, 1996 in Regina ) is a Canadian freestyle skier . It starts in the moguls disciplines, contained moguls and dual moguls.

Career

Naude started in the 2011/12 season in the Nor-Am Cup. She achieved six podium finishes, including four wins. She took first place in the Moguls discipline ranking. She made her debut in the World Cup on March 18, 2012 in Megève , where she finished 16th in the Dual Moguls competition. At the beginning of the 2012/13 World Cup season in Ruka , she came in fifth in the Dual Moguls for the first time among the top ten. At the 2013 World Championships in Voss , she finished twelfth in the Moguls and seventh in the Dual Moguls. In the 2013/14 season she reached four top ten placements in eleven World Cup appearances and at the end of the season she finished seventh in the Moguls World Cup.

In the following season 2014/15 she came in the top ten five times in the World Cup and achieved her first World Cup podium finish in Lake Placid with third place in the Moguls competition. At the season highlight, the 2015 World Championships on Kreischberg , she finished twelfth in the Dual Moguls. She finished the season in fifth place in the Mughal World Cup. In the 2015/16 season Naude was third in the Moguls in Calgary and second in the Dual Moguls in Moscow ; as in the previous year, this was enough for fifth place in the Moguls World Cup. In the following season 2016/17 she came in the top ten seven times in the World Cup, including two second and third places, and thus reached fourth place in the Moguls World Cup. At the 2017 World Championships in the Sierra Nevada , she took 13th place in the moguls and ninth place in the dual moguls. In March 2017, she became the Canadian Mughal Master.

Naude has taken part in 52 World Cup races so far and was among the top ten 24 times (as of the end of the 2016/17 season).
