Andorra-Sierra de Arcos is a comarca ( administrative unit ) of the autonomous region of Aragon in Spain . It is located in the southeast of Aragon in the province of Teruel . It has 11,165 inhabitants on an area of 675.1 km². The capital is Andorra , the largest of the nine associated municipalities.
Andorra-Sierra de Arcos borders in the west on the Comarca Cuencas Mineras , in the north on the Bajo Martín , in the east on Bajo Aragón and in the south on Maestrazgo .
In addition to Andorra, the communities Alacón , Alloza , Ariño , Crivillén , Ejulve , Estercuel , Gargallo and Oliete belong to the comarca.
The most important industries in the comarca are mining and power generation . In Andorra there is a thermal power plant , the Teruel de Endesa power plant .
