André Leliaert
André Leliaert (born February 4, 1923 in Brugge , † November 19, 2013 in Belgium) was a Belgian cyclist .
André Leliaert was a professional cyclist from 1945 to 1953. In 1949 he was Belgian champion in the stalker race , in 1951 and 1952 third. At the UCI track world championships in Milan in 1951 , he took second place.
During his active cycling career, Leliaert opened bicycle shops under the name "Alerta" in several Belgian cities as well as the "Cafe Alerta" in Brugge.
