Andrea Wulf

Andrea Wulf (born 1972 in New Delhi , India ) is a German - British cultural historian .

Life

Andrea Wulf grew up as a child of German development workers in India. She began studying cultural studies at the University of Lüneburg and earned a master's degree in design history from the Royal College of Art in London . Since then she has lived and worked as a writer in Great Britain and published in The Guardian , The Sunday Times , Wall Street Journal , Financial and LA Times .

She wrote books on the history of gardens and gardening, the passages of Venus and Alexander von Humboldt .
