Andreas Altenburg ( pseudonym Tom DeLany ; born November 23, 1969 in Pfaffenhofen an der Ilm ) is a German radio presenter and author .

Life

Altenburg grew up in Meldorf ( Dithmarschen district ). He studied cultural studies and has been working as an editor and author at NDR 2 in the comedy field since 1993 . Together with Harald Wehmeier he wrote the satirical program Breakfast at Stefanie and spoke the roles of Stefanie and Udo in it. At NDR he was the author of Kwatsch , Schumibrüder , Haus Sonnenschein , Detzer & Nelling and Wer beeps then? . Since September 8, 2014 Altenburg can be heard every day with his new radio comedy Wir sind die Freeses on NDR 2.

He took on various speaking roles in the television cartoon comedy SV Büdelsbüttel 00 . He also worked in the television comedy Team Germany .

Altenburg is married and has three sons. He lives with his family in Hamburg .

Awards

Andreas Altenburg and Harald Wehmeier received the 2011 German Radio Prize for Stefanie's radio comedy breakfast .

The television comedy Jennifer - Longing for something better from the pen of Andreas Altenburg and Harald Wehmeier was awarded the German Comedy Prize 2018 in the category "Best Sitcom".
