Andreas Farny (born September 17, 1992 in Bobingen ) is a German ice hockey player who has been under contract with EV Lindau in the ice hockey league since August 2016 .

Career

Andreas Farny began his career as an ice hockey player in the youth department of the Augsburg EV , for which he was active in the school league as well as the youth league until 2008. In the course of the 2008/09 season he moved to ESV Kaufbeuren and played for them in the youth Bundesliga and the junior Bundesliga for a year and a half. Towards the end of the 2009/10 season , the winger also made four appearances for the professional team of ESV Kaufbeuren in the 2nd Bundesliga ice hockey . For the 2010/11 season , the left-handed player returned to Augsburg and played for both the Augsburg EV club in the Junior Bundesliga and for the Augsburger Panther professional team in the German Ice Hockey League , where he was on the ice for the Panthers in 4 DEL games .

In the 2011/12 season Farny was able to increase to a total of 33 DEL inserts, in which he scored two goals. At the same time, he played for the AEV junior Bundesliga team as well as with a sponsorship license for EHC Klostersee from the third-class ice hockey league . In the 2012/13 season Farny began again for the AEV in the Junior Bundesliga and for the EHC Klostersee in the Oberliga. In addition, he was still in the DEL squad of the Augsburg Panthers.
