Andreas Neeser

Andreas Neeser (born January 25, 1964 in Schlossrued ) is a Swiss writer .

Live and act

Andreas Neeser studied German , English and literary criticism at the University of Zurich . For many years he worked as a part-time German teacher at the grammar school. In between he undertook longer stays abroad in London, Paris, Berlin, Plogoff and Lisbon. From 2003 to 2011 he was involved in setting up and running the Aargauer Literaturhaus in Lenzburg . In 2012 he was invited to the Medellín International Poetry Festival .

Andreas Neeser lives in Suhr near Aarau and works as a teacher for German at the old canton school in Aarau .

Andreas Neeser is a member of the Association of Authors of Switzerland and the German-Swiss PEN and a member of the jury for the Franz Tumler Literature Prize (Laas, South Tyrol).
