Andrej Wikentjewitsch Syhmantowitsch ( Belarusian Андрэй Зыгмантовіч ; Russian Андрей Викентьевич Зыгмантович / Andrei Wikentjewitsch Sygmantowitsch ; * 2. December 1962 in Minsk ) is a former Soviet- Belarusian footballer and current football coach.

Andrei Syhmantowitsch belonged to the first team of Dynamo Minsk from 1981 to 1991 and surprisingly became Soviet champions with this team in 1982. In 1987 he was with his team in the final of the Soviet Cup against Dynamo Kiev . Minsk lost that game on penalties. After playing for FC Groningen in the Netherlands in the 1991/92 season , the defensive midfielder initially returned to Dynamo Minsk in 1992. In 1993 he moved to Spain to Racing Santander where he ended his active career after the 1995/96 season.

For the Soviet national team Syhmantowitsch played a total of 36 times between 1984 and 1990 and scored three goals. He took part in the World Cup in Italy in 1990 and was used twice in this tournament; he scored a goal in the last game against Cameroon.

In 1992 and 1994, Syhmantovich was voted Belarusian footballer of the year . Between 1992 and 1995 he came to nine missions for the Belarusian national football team .
