Andrew Duggan

Andrew Duggan (born December 28, 1923 in Franklin , Indiana , † May 15, 1988 in Westwood , Los Angeles ) was an American actor .

Life

He studied drama and language at Indiana University . After completing his studies, he performed at the theater in Chicago and was drafted into the army shortly afterwards. After World War II , Duggan worked on his uncle's farm in Indiana between his theater engagements. In 1954 Andrew Duggan married the dancer Elizabeth Logue . The marriage, which resulted in three children, lasted until Duggan's death in 1988.

In addition to his work on the stage, Duggan appeared in various television series before he played a first supporting role in a film in Morning It Meets You in 1956 .

Andrew Duggan, who died of throat cancer at the age of 64 , has appeared in more than 70 films and starred in about 140 episodes of various television series.
