Angela Schneider (* 1963 in Vienna ) is an Austrian actress and speaker.

Education and acting

Angela Schneider graduated from the acting school of the Vienna Volkstheater .

From 1987 to 1992 she was a member of the ensemble at the Stadttheater Klagenfurt and the Landestheater Linz . She has been working as a freelancer since 1992 . Guest performances have taken Schneider to the Theater in der Josefstadt , the Neue Oper Vienna and the Fritz Rémond Theater, among others . In addition, she gave numerous tours and participated in summer games. These included appearances at the Komödienspiele Porcia , the Schlossspiele Kobersdorf and the Salzburg Street Theater .

Her most important roles included "Elisabeth" in Faith Love Hope , "Madame Schleyer" in Der Zerrissene , "Mae" in The Cat on the Hot Tin Roof , "Jenny" in The Threepenny Opera , "Mariedl" in The Presidents , the "Marthe Schwerdtlein" in Faust and the "Constantia" in The Talisman .

She was also the German voice actress for the title character in the French feature film Fräulein Else (2002).
