Anja Lüthy

Anja Lüthy (born March 11, 1962 in Marburg ) is a German professor of business administration at the Technical University of Brandenburg and trains managers in German hospitals and university clinics as a part-time job.

Life and work

Following her Abitur in 1981, Anja Lüthy studied psychology at the University of Regensburg until 1986 , where she graduated with a diploma. In 1989 she received her doctorate from the Technical University of Berlin with a scholarship from the Volkswagenwerk Foundation with an experimental study on the short-term memory of professional and amateur musicians of different age groups . From 1989 to 1991 she worked as an international project coordinator at Parexel and in 1991 moved to the German Heart Center Berlin as a personal assistant to the Medical Director . From 1993 to 1998 she taught nursing management at various Berlin universities of applied sciences . In 1995 she completed a part-time course in business administration at the University of Applied Sciences for Economics and Law in Berlin with a degree in business administration. From 1998 to 2001 she taught as a professor at the Hildesheim-Holzminden University of Applied Sciences in the model course of the AOK Lower Saxony . Since 2001 she has been professor for business administration at the Technical University of Brandenburg. Her focus is on service management and marketing .

Anja Lüthy has been working part-time as a trainer, coach and speaker in the healthcare sector since 1998 and founded TCO - Training Coaching Outlet Berlin in 2003 . Her training focuses on the areas of leadership, organizational development and quality management in hospitals.

She is married, has two sons and lives with her family in Berlin.
