Anna Henkel-Grönemeyer
Anna Henkel-Grönemeyer (born March 9, 1953 in Hamburg , † November 5, 1998 in London ) was a German actress .
Life
From 1978 onwards, Henkel-Grönemeyer lived with the singer and actor Herbert Grönemeyer , whom she married in 1993. The two had met each other during the filming of the film We're Not Enough. The two children Felix (* 1987) and Marie (* 1989) come from this relationship.
The high point of her acting career was the film in 1900 , in which Henkel-Grönemeyer appeared alongside Robert De Niro , Gérard Depardieu and Donald Sutherland . In Io sono mia she played for the first time alongside her film mother from 1900 , Stefania Sandrelli , as well as Maria Schneider and Michele Placido .
In 1982 Herbert Grönemeyer dedicated the song Anna from the album Total never to his wife .
In 1998 Anna Henkel-Grönemeyer died of the consequences of her breast cancer . In 2002 Herbert Grönemeyer dedicated the song Der Weg vom Album Mensch to her , and in his most commercially successful song, Mensch (from the same album), he deals with his grief for her.
