Anna Hennersperger

Anna ("Anni") Hennersperger (* 1955 in Niederbayern ) is a German Roman Catholic theologian , pastoral and community adviser. She is the director of the Episcopal Pastoral Office of the Catholic Church of Carinthia .

Life

Growing up in Lower Bavaria, she worked in the voluntary state board of the Catholic rural youth movement in Bavaria from 1976 to 1979. She studied religious education and church education in Munich at what was then the Munich location of the Catholic University of Eichstätt-Ingolstadt . Later he studied theology (specialist theological field of study) in Vienna (with the degree Mag. Theol. ). 1981-1984 she worked as an educational officer at the St. Gunter Niederaltaich rural community college , 1984-1986 she worked as a parish officer in the Ruhstorf parish association, 1986-1992 she was an educational officer in the Bishop's Youth Welfare Office in Passau, later - after studying theology - pastoral officer in the Eichendorf parish association in the diocese Passau .

Since 1987 she has worked for many years in the “Working Group on Community Advice and Organizational Development” of the Diocese of Passau. From 1997 to 2000 she worked in the project group "Pastoral Development Passau" (PEP) for the creation of the Passau Pastoral Plan 2000. Hennersperger received his doctorate in 2002 in Vienna (with Paul M. Zulehner ) in pastoral theology . The content of the doctoral thesis was the evaluation of the Passau data of the priest study 2000 ( personnel development of priests). She then worked half-way as a pastoral assistant in a Passau parish and as an assistant at the chair for dogmatics and dogma history at the then Catholic Theological Faculty of the University of Passau . The faculty has been considered "dormant" since the beginning of the winter semester 2009 and is integrated into the Philosophical Faculty as the Department for Catholic Theology .

On September 1, 2004, Anna Hennersperger was appointed head of the Institute for Theological and Pastoral Training in Freising by the Bavarian Bishops' Conference , chaired by Friedrich Wetter . As head of the Institute for Theological and Pastoral Training in Freising , she was responsible for training offers for pastoral workers in the area of ​​the Bavarian Bishops' Conference . One focus was on the training of employees in community and organizational consulting for the Bavarian dioceses, which she directed.

On September 1, 2014, Hennersperger was appointed head of the Episcopal Pastoral Office of the Catholic Church of Carinthia by Bishop Alois Schwarz .
